  • After all evaluations and selections have been made, we send each candidate's applications, together with any relevant academic or professional certifications and assessment sheets, to the potential client. The potential client will then make the final decision about the selection.

  • We make the all necessary arrangements if the client requests a face-to-face interview, a video conference interview or trade tests of the candidates.
